Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is not just a buzzword but a foundational element for growing businesses. Despite its critical importance, many startups overlook SEO.
Our projects currently attract 60,000 organic visitors monthly, and a recent client’s project escalated to 1,500 organic visitors in a short period—all driven by robust SEO.
The cornerstone of effective SEO is thorough research and planning, where I dedicate 90% of my efforts. Tools like Ahrefs, Semrush or Google Keyword Planner are a must-have, despite their rising costs — Ahrefs now charges €119 per month.
The investment, however, is justified by the returns: these tools enable us to analyze competitors, perform site audits, and identify key opportunities for content that truly engages our audience.
Ensure your pages are crawlable and not blocked by robots.txt, free of ‘noindex’ tags, properly using canonical tags, and registered with sitemaps across not just Google Search Console but also Bing Webmaster Tools.
Spend time crafting concise yet descriptive titles and URLs.
Clearly define what your page is about with well-structured headers that guide both readers and search engines.
Choose efficient formats like .webp and use alt text to enhance SEO through faster load times and better image indexing.
Organize your content with a sitemap to expedite indexing by search engines, crucial for sites aiming for quick, impactful visibility. Submit it to Google and Bing.
Back in 2019, I didn’t think much of SEO, assuming it was only for the big players. But I quickly saw how effective it could be right from the beginning. It doesn’t matter if you’re just starting out or if you’re a large company—SEO can really change how visible you are online and how well you connect with your audience.
Over time, my view of SEO has shifted from doubt to confidence as I’ve seen its real and significant effects firsthand. We don’t just believe in SEO; we’ve seen its critical importance in the online world, backed by our ongoing, real-world results.
