Today our team hit a significant milestone — our first day as full-time entrepreneurs. We’ll be rebuilding Wizlogo, a project we initiated five years ago but never fully developed. Our plan? To pivot and transform it profoundly.
Despite the excitement of day one, we encountered an immediate challenge that many startups fear the most: customer disputes, and we received 17 of them in under an hour.
An inactive customer appeared, not with feedback or an email, nothing.
An instant financial setback (due to Stripe fees) and an urgent call with Stripe support in the U.S.
Still, it counts as an experience, right?
